Meso-Wharton P199™ Bioreparant is the only new-generation medical injection treatment in the world that activates cellular renewal of the skin, changes its structure, and stimulates the formation of new collagen, which provides effective skin rejuvenation at the cellular level.

Meso-Wharton P199™ Bioreparant is a treatment specifically designed for intensive facial skin renewal for patients aged 40 years and over.

More about the Meso-Wharton P199™ Bioreparant:

MW P199™ Bioreparant is the medical treatment for intradermal injection:

  • Designed for effective anti-aging therapy and intensive skin restructuring.
  • Used for intensive skin rejuvenation and fight against signs of aging in patients aged 40-65.

Its action is aimed at restoring the cellular matrix of the skin, due to a direct effect on the proliferative properties (neoplasm of cells through their multiplication by division) of specific stem cells of tissues localized in the dermis layers. Injection solution has a unique property to restore cellular physiological regulation and regeneration.

How Meso-Wharton P199™ Bioremedrant works:

The key component of Meso-Wharton P199™ Bioreparant is Wharton’s Jelly Peptide P199 (sh-oligopeptide-72), a unique regulatory oligopeptide.

Due to this component, skin stem cells can actively divide, which ensures the renewal of the skin, and nutrition with all necessary vitamins and microelements.

With age, stem cells lose their activity, and their division decreases. As a result, the skin becomes flabby, inelastic, dry, and wrinkled. Injections of Meso-Wharton P199™ help stem cells begin their work, and continue to actively share, so that the skin retains its youth.

Composition of Meso-Wharton P199™ Bioreparant:

  • Wharton Jelly Peptide P199 is a unique regulatory oligopeptide, a synthetic analog of the embryonic peptide. It stimulates the proliferation of tissue-specific skin stem cells and triggers the cellular renewal process; increases the synthetic activity of fibroblasts, stimulates the formation of new collagen;
  • Biosynthetic hyaluronic acid has a wide spectrum of biological activity, lack of antigenicity, and high biocompatibility with the skin. High-molecular hyaluronic acid at a concentration of 1.56% creates an optimal hydro reserve in the intercellular matrix.
  • EGF (Rh-Oligopeptid-1) Epidermal Growth Factor is one of the most active “proliferators” among known polypeptide growth factors. It slows down the chronological aging of the skin.
  • IGF (Rh-Oligopeptid-2) Insulin-Like Growth Factor affects intracellular metabolism and stimulates cellular renewal. It promotes the synthesis of collagen and elastin, and improves the texture of the skin (increases its density).
  • bFGF (Rh-Polipeptid-1) Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor has a positive effect on the mitotic activity of all skin cell types. It participates in the regulation of skin healing and regeneration.
  • TRX (Rh-Polipeptid-2) Thioredoxin is the strongest antioxidant. It protects cell membranes from free radical stress, regulates apoptosis, and increases the mitotic activity of cells. It also models the production of melanin and reduces the severity of wrinkles by activating the regeneration of new cells.
  • Copper-containing tripeptide (encapsulated in nanosomes) increases the mitotic activity of cells and the synthesis of their collagen and hyaluronic acid. It promotes the restoration of the skin, activating the process of removing damaged proteins and their replacement, and accelerates the growth of new capillaries in the area of damage. It is a powerful anti-inflammatory agent.
  • Vitamin A affects the density and elasticity of the skin, regulating the processes of differentiation and keratinization;
  • Vitamin B is necessary for optimal biological balance of the skin. It affects the metabolism of essential fatty acids, supports the biological balance of the skin;
  • Vitamin C is involved in the restoration of the antioxidant status of the skin. It brightens hyperpigmentation, prevents cross-linking of collagen, stimulates fibroblasts, possesses angeoprotection properties and cures inflammation;
  • Vitamin E acts on free radicals, inhibiting peroxides, and preventing oxidative damage to cell membranes. It is an antihypoxant;
  • Vitamin K is involved in the processes of blood coagulation and improves microcirculation.
  • Amino acids affect the synthesis of proteins by fibroblasts. Cells combine these structural elements to form polypeptides.
  • Microelements affect the ionic state of numerous enzymatic reactions and basic cellular functions. Acting as a co-factor, microelements support the biological reactions responsible for metabolism.
  • Coenzymes exert a catalytic effect on the metabolic reactions of the body. They increase the speed of tissue reconstruction.
  • Nucleic acids are compounds consisting of nucleotides that form the basic molecules of RNA and DNA, which are carriers of information for controlling and regulating the synthesis of proteins.

Adverse reaction:

Meso-Wharton P199™ injections are considered safe if there is no allergy to its components or other contraindications. As a rule, visible traces of injections that occur within 2-3 days are possible.

Before the procedure of bioreparation with Meso-Wharton P199™ treatment, a compulsory consultation with a physician is necessary.

Course and frequency of Meso-Wharton P199™ Bioreparant:

It is recommended to begin the course of rejuvenation from the age of 40, when the biological resource of the skin decreases most noticeably.

  • Age group from 40 to 50: Intensive therapy: 3-5 sessions. The first 3 sessions are held weekly, the next – with a time interval of 2 weeks.
  • Age group from 50 years and older: Intensive therapy: 4 – 6 sessions. The first 4 sessions are held weekly, the next – with a time interval of 2 weeks.

A supporting course – 1 time per year. A repeated intensive course – after 2 years.
