I upgrade my professional skills on a regular basis by participating in courses, seminars and congresses in Latvia and abroad (in France, Great Britain, Russia, Switzerland, Lithuania), reading specialist literature and the latest information on the Internet. Repeatedly participated as a speaker at meetings of professional associations and international congresses (SPA conference 2004, Baltic Expo Beauty Conference 2010, Intelligent Beauty Congress 2015).

All these years, I was engaged in teaching activity, held a course in Physical Medicine and Hardware Methods in Cosmetology at Riga School of Cosmetics (until 2001). From then till the present, I continued to provide theoretical and practical training for cosmeticians in working with leading cosmetic products (in various years, I was a trainer of Renophase, Valmont, Carita, Decleor, Pierre Fabre, Elemis, etc.).

Since 1999, I have practically worked in the field of aesthetic medicine at leading centers and medical SPA. I mastered various hardware techniques (IPL, lasers, microcurrents, galvanic currents, ultrasound, microdermabrasion, etc.). For many years, I was engaged in chemical peeling, injectable techniques (mesotherapy, biorevitalization, contour correction – injection of hyaluronic acid fillers).

I am a member of professional associations of recreation therapists (LFMA, LĀRA, LFRMA, BAR), dermatologists (LDVA), a certification board of FRM doctors.

Fluent in Russian, Latvian, and English.

My principle in cosmetology is: If you want to look in 10 years like you look now, act right now, not in 10 years. I develop individual anti-age program for my patients, taking into account their health, way of life, etc., offering not only intensive courses, but also giving recommendations for daily skin care, balanced diets, use of food additives, and physical activity.
